We are open from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Do I need to book my appointments before coming?
While it is not a requirement, we highly encourage you to do so to ensure the availability of our therapists.

What is your cancellation policy?
Should you find the need to reschedule or cancel your appointments, please provide a minimum of two hours of notice.
Should I let you know about any allergies, ailments, or disabilities?
Yes, especially if you have allergies or other medical conditions, or if you are pregnant.

What should I wear for my treatment?
You may dress in anything you are comfortable with.
For body and facial treatments, you will be asked to change to the appropriate spa garments.
Should I tip the therapists or any spa staff?
If you are satisfied with their services, you may tip them at your discretion.
Should men shave before a facial session?
Not immediately before the facial session. Typically shaving the night before your appointment is recommended.
Shaving on the day of your appointment may cause sensitivity.
Will there be someone to help me decide which treatments will be best for me?
Our friendly receptionists will suggest the appropriate treatment.
May I use my mobile phone while enjoying the treatments?
We require all of our customers to put their mobile phone on silent.
